Over 30 and not yet finished learning?

Founded over 30 years ago, our company initially concentrated on the development of injection systems for combustion engines and on services in the field of engine technology and machine construction.

In 2001, Wolfram Hellmich took over as Technical Managing Director and Axel Würkert as Commercial Managing Director. Since then, the company has operated under the current name. Both of the new shareholders directed provenion towards device development and special machinery construction and placed the focus on test and analysis systems.

In 2003 came the certification of the quality management system according to DIN EN ISO 9001:2000, which is continually improved and regularly recertified.

In 2005, provenion used its broad experience in test engineering and the special expertise in the area of fluidics to penetrate the future market of medical, biological and pharmaceutical technology.

2011 saw the certification of the quality management system for medical products according to DIN EN ISO 13485:2008.

End of 2016 the company moved to new location in Zorneding. Axel Würkert retired from his position as managing director in December 2016 and in June 2017 Dr. Julius Nickl was appointed as his successor as managing director.
